BlueQart currently supports Fashion & Clothing, Beauty & Personal Care, Home & Living, Electronics, and Accessories. More categories will be added after launch. If your products span multiple categories, you can list across all of them from a single seller account.

BlueQart charges a per-sale commission that varies by category: Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care, and Home & Living are charged at 13%. Electronics and Accessories are charged at 8%, reflecting lower margins in those segments. Commission is deducted automatically before your payout — no manual calculations needed.

Once an order is confirmed as delivered, your payout is processed within 24–48 hours. Funds are transferred directly to your registered Nigerian bank account. You can track all payouts in real time from your seller dashboard.

Buyers can pay via debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD — all powered by Paystack. Payments are held securely in escrow and released to sellers only after order confirmation, protecting both parties in every transaction.

Yes. BlueQart uses an escrow-based payment flow: when a buyer pays, funds are held securely by BlueQart until the order is confirmed as received. Sellers are only paid after delivery confirmation. This protects buyers from scams and gives sellers confidence that payment is secured before they ship.

Since payments are held in escrow, if your order is not delivered or confirmed, your funds are not released to the seller. You can raise a dispute directly on the platform and our support team will investigate and resolve it within 48–72 hours. Your money is safe throughout the process.
